Flaretec has a site for pipework design, fabrication and installation with highly trained workforce deal solely with
specialised modern machinery and tooling, enabling Flaretec to meet bespoke customer needs from every industry.

Flaretec also has enhanced their product portfolio to include the fabrication and design of helical coils.
Flaretec CSWIP examination approved welding procedures are undertaken by skilled personnel in accordance with ASME IX
and BS EN 288 Part 3 with welding personnel certified to BS EN 287 Part 1. Flaretec has the ability to undertake a variety
of welding processes includes Orbital, TIG, MIG, MAG, MMA and Submerged Arc.
All projects undertaken by Flaretec can be fully documented to suit PER requirements and include material and consumable test certification
alongside weld procedures and welder qualification. Flaretec can also provide pressure test certification, radiological
& hydrostatic or gaseous testing and non-destructive testing.
Flaretec fabricates and provides painting, cleaning and galvanising of pipework and assembles turnkey engineered skid
units as a cost effective means of achieving high quality fabrication remote from customers' site. Flaretec also performs
post-weld treatment and to thermally insulate and electrically trace pipework following installation.
Flaretec's coiling machines are able to coil many grades of pipework ranging from carbon steel pipes to duplex.
The sizes of the pipe that Flaretec are able to coil ranges from 1/4" to 4" nominal bore. Flaretec extensive capabilities
also include processing of tight radii, close pitched or complex plans including pancake coils upon client request.
